You agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use PathsAllWay only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse or disrupt site operations.

Services

PathsAllWay offers guided planning sessions, personalized routines, and direction reviews ("Services"). Each service includes scheduling, preparation, and follow-up support as described on our site.

Information Products

We provide downloadable guides, templates, and e-books ("Information Products"). These digital items are available immediately upon purchase and delivered via a secure link.

Goods

Physical merchandise such as planners, journals, and branded accessories ("Goods") are shipped from our facility. Shipping times and costs are detailed at checkout.

Refund Policy

Services

Our Services require allocation of time, expertise, and resources. To request a refund, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, no refund is available due to the reserved time and preparatory work. However, you may request a one-time transfer of your session to a future date within 60 days at no extra charge.

Information Products

Given the instant availability of digital content, all sales of Information Products are final. No refunds are offered. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, we will work with you to restore access or provide an alternative format.

Goods

You may return Goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable; you are responsible for return shipping.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PathsAllWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of our site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Toronto courts.
